New Jersey’s nightlife on this refreshing 3-5 mile walk around Whitesbog Village with
the help of an experienced guide. During
the jaunt, the walk leaders will share their knowledge about South Jersey and
Whitesbog history, folklore and nature. Hikers will see cranberry bogs turned crimson
with autumn cranberry vine leaves and will look for the first signs of the
coming winter in the Pine Barrens.Meet at the General
Store at 7 PM. Guests should be prepared for a relatively
vigorous walk, are encouraged to dress for the weather and bring everything
that may be needed for a late fall hike: sturdy shoes, a warm jacket, and a flashlight.

The Site Remediation Reform Act and implementing regulations known as the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS) have created a new regulatory framework for the site remediation process in New Jersey. Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) are now licensed as “agents of the NJDEP” to make critical decisions about protecting the public health and environment from adverse impacts posed by contaminated sites. This course fulfills the requirements for LSRP applicants to have completed a generally recognized course on NJDEP’s technical guidance for site remediation.
