Tom Chapin and Sierra Club Host Pete Seeger Wetlands Concert

Three-time Grammy winning folk artist, Tom Chapin, will concertize with a powerful environmental statement as part of the ninth concert in the Pete and Toshi Seeger Wetlands Preservation Series. Jeff Tittel, Director of the New Jersey Sierra Club will award the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for "wetlands preservation" at the event. Other artists include NJ's own Uncle Floyd / John Dull and Friends. The North Jersey Sierra Club, Bergen County Audubon Society, 350NJ, and the Gateway National Recreation Area will provide environmental displays in the concert lobby.

In this CLE session, attendees will learn about what due diligence to perform in purchase and sale transactions as well as methods for dealing with environmental issues that may arise. Attendees will also learn practice tips for ISRA compliance, performing due diligence, and allocating responsibility for addressing environmental issues. Whether involved in a merger, acquisition or real estate transaction, you will be able to identify certain environmental issues and learn how to navigate through those issues to close your deal.
